Liara Silva has been practicing for over ten years and has represented a wide range of clients including small businesses, executives, banking institutions and educational institutions. Liara’s practice includes providing counsel in all aspects of business and employment law such as contract negotiations, policy and procedure audits, employee grievances, and non-compete disputes. Liara is also an experienced litigator, having represented clients in business, employment, and construction litigation matters.  In addition, Liara is a member of the firm’s real estate practice group and handles matters such as commercial lease disputes and litigation arising out of the purchase and sale of land.

Liara is bilingual and has experience conducting employment investigations involving Spanish speaking witnesses, cross-border investigations for financial institutions involving Spanish language records and holding bilingual legal trainings.

Prior to beginning her practice, Liara interned with several governmental agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General.
